Responsibilities

Contribute to current initiatives and real project work impacting retail performance, store operations, client engagement, and events and collaborate across these areas with leaders

Assist with launching of new point of sale system and scheduling tools

Planning of a learning and reward trip for our top sales team

Support for client loyalty programming and related clienteling initiatives

Visit our local stores 1-2 days/week working with store teams and clients, with the balance of time spent in the NY Vestry office
