Responsibilities
Receives and ships incoming and outgoing product and delivers product to appropriate areas
Move material/pallets manually or with a forklift
Prepare product for shipment. i.e., assemble boxes, assemble wooden crates, use stretch wrap machine or bander to secure products to pallets
Load daily outgoing product on common carriers
Verify all products unloaded/loaded for count accuracy and good quality
Able to follow instructions
Assist other shipper/receivers when needed
Perform 5S activities
Work as a team member and on your own
Load various types of trucks
Operate a variety of forklifts safely in a fast paced, congestive environment
Comprehend and process required paperwork. i.e., packing slips, picking tickets, BOL etc
Work outdoors in various weather conditions as needed
Perform all other duties as required
Qualification
Required

Wear personal protective equipment properly such as Eyewear – Safety Glasses always, Face Shield as operation requires, Hearing protection, Safety shoes with metatarsal guards, Breathing apparatuses, Gloves
