Build and ship full-stack features in close collaboration with design, product, and cross-functional teams
Contribute to system architecture and drive improvements in code quality
Enhance product performance, stability, and reliability through debugging and optimization

Required

4+ years of experience in software development
Proficiency in one or more of the following: web, mobile, backend (e.g., python, recommendation & search)
Strong curiosity and willingness to explore beyond your core skill set
Proven problem-solving skills and ability to excel in fast-paced environments
Passion for building products with great user experience

Preferred

Experience with speech technologies (e.g., ASR, TTS)
Familiarity with image generation models (e.g., Flux)
Hands-on experience with LLMs, including fine-tuning
Hands-on experience building large-scale high-performance system
