Marketing Coordinator, Expanded Core
Fetch Rewards is a company that empowers consumers to earn rewards for their purchases and is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join their Expanded Core team. The role involves supporting multi-channel marketing campaigns, streamlining marketing operations, and collaborating across teams to enhance user engagement and drive growth.

Responsibilities
Support planning and execution of campaigns across email, push, and in-app placements
Contribute to storytelling campaigns that strengthen user connection and partner value
Streamline marketing operations across teams for smooth, on-time execution
Collaborate in cross-functional team meetings to support campaign planning and performance updates
Support the Director as required to manage the points budget and align marketing goals with topline revenue goals
Track and report key KPIs, translating insights into actionable recommendations
Use generative and workflow AI tools to boost speed, creativity, and efficiency
Qualification
Required
1+ years of experience in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or equivalent
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Excellent communication skills—written, verbal, and visual
Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, problem-solving approach
Genuine enthusiasm for teamwork, innovation, and experimentation
