Main Line Health is seeking a Contact Center Specialist at Ellis Preserve. In this role, you will assist customers with various services including appointment scheduling and physician referrals, while providing excellent customer service through constant phone interactions.

Constant phone interaction throughout the shift including both inbound and outbound calls

Required

One to Three years of telephone or community/public interaction with emphasis on customer service

Excellent writing and communication skills required

Demonstrated computer knowledge with experience of multiple databases, as well as working knowledge of the Internet, word, excel and email required

High School Diploma / GED required

Preferred

Healthcare related experience, medical terminology and managed care knowledge preferred

Associates Degree preferred
