Responsibilities

Run a complete, fast-paced sales cycle, from cold outreach through signed contract and handoff to Implementation
Drive high-volume pipeline management across a large book of SMB accounts
Conduct virtual discovery, demos, and product recommendations tailored to merchant needs
Educate merchants on key components of the DoorDash Commerce Platform, including POS integrations, ordering channels, loyalty features, and data insights
Address technical and operational objections (e.g., integration capabilities, resource constraints, competing priorities)
Act as a trusted advisor, helping merchants understand how Commerce Platform can grow revenue and improve operations
Partner with cross-functional teams—including Account Managers, Marketing, and Implementation—to ensure a smooth onboarding experience
Influence product adoption and play a key role in scaling DoorDash’s next major platform offering

Required

3+ years of closing experience in a high-velocity environment (less may qualify for President's Club-level performers)
Strong discovery skills and experience conducting outbound prospecting
Ability to explain value propositions, handle objections, and guide merchants through technical decision-making
Ability to manage a fast-paced pipeline and maintain exceptional organization across a high volume of active prospects
Comfortable selling SaaS solutions; restaurant tech experience is highly preferred
Strong cross-functional communication and collaboration skills with Account Managers and other stakeholders
Proficient in Salesforce, Zoom, Chorus, Outreach, Excel and data-driven storytelling
Ability to confidently lead client-facing conversations and navigate complex or multi-step negotiations
