Responsibilities

Accounts Payable Specialist will process invoice payments and maintain accurate transaction records
Manage the accounts payable workflow from invoice receipt through payment
Sort and organize incoming documents to ensure timely processing
Enter invoice details into the system for tracking and payment
As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will verify invoice accuracy and completeness before approval
Prepare and issue payments for approved invoices
Ensure all invoices have proper authorization prior to payment

Qualification

Accounts Payable experienceEnterprise accounting systemExcel proficiencyHigh-volume invoice processingTax reporting experienceNonprofit accounting familiarity

Required

3+ years of experience in accounts payable or a similar role
Experience with an enterprise accounting system
Intermediate proficiency in Excel or similar spreadsheet tools
Ability to handle high-volume invoice processing

Preferred

Experience with tax reporting (e.g., 1099 processing)
Familiarity with nonprofit accounting practices
