They are seeking an I&C / DCS Start Up and Commissioning Engineer to represent the Instrumentation and Control Commissioning Group on worldwide project assignments, focusing on commissioning systems for power plants and energy transition projects.

Responsibilities

Hands-on commissioning of the Distributed Control System, Instrumentation and Control systems and process systems, of combined cycle power plants and power plant solutions for the energy transition on new construction sites up to handover to the customer

Carrying out tests on protection and control systems, as well as control optimization and solving using Siemens Energy DCS System OMNIVISE T3000 or similar

Collaboration with internal team members, mentorship and coordination of external partners and sub-contractors, and interacting with customers on a daily basis

Required

Bachelor's degree in Control Engineering, Automation, Robotics, or similar is preferred however Electrical & Electronic Engineering is also considered if college courses are related to the position advertised

Flexibility and willingness to participate in both domestic and international assignments (typical durations ~2 to 12 month). Being prepared for 90% travel to project work sites working with a diverse site team

Business fluent English, further language skills desirable as well as Intercultural skills

Self-sufficient, independent individual with a collaborative approach
