They are seeking a Front Desk / Membership Sales Associate to provide exceptional customer service and drive membership sales at their Desert Ridge Marketplace location.

Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service to clients
Assist in membership sales and promote retail products
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
Work flexible days and hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Qualification
Required
Customer service oriented

Basic computer skills
Ability to multitask
Must be outgoing, positive, cheerful, engaging, energetic, and resourceful
Strong verbal and written communications skills
Possess strong interpersonal skills to communicate with confidence to both internal personnel and customers
Must be an excellent organizer and problem solver with strong project management skills
Must be able to work flexible days and hours; including nights, weekends, and holidays
