Product Manager, Branch Network and One Chase Strategies

As a Product Manager in Branch Network Optimization and One Chase Strategies, you will innovate new product offerings and lead the end-to-end product life cycle, ensuring high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.

Responsibilities
Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers
Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap
Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition
Builds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability
Leads the development and implementation of data architecture, automation, and visualization solutions to support branch network optimization
Drives end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-stakeholder projects, including ideation, requirements gathering, solution design, development, rollout, and support
Champions process improvement initiatives, leveraging analytics and stakeholder feedback to drive continuous optimization
Delivers executive-level presentations and communications, articulating strategic priorities and business impact
Provides robust analytics and insights to assist the business in moving forward with data driven decisions
Develops and implements data collection systems and other automation strategies that optimize efficiency and data quality
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
Advanced knowledge of data architecture, automation, web design, and analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Alteryx, Tableau, Python, JavaScript, HTML)
Experience with business intelligence, automation, and data visualization for executive audiences
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills
Experience with AI/automation tools and driving AI adoption
Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects and drive change in a matrixed organization
Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholder relationships and influence at all levels
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly
Preferred
Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization
Demonstrated success in process improvement and technology adoption at scale
Familiarity working with large and disparate relational databases such as HIVE, Impala, Teradata, Snowflake, and AWS Redshift
Data mining skills with applied statistics experience
