Responsibilities

Installing, configuring, maintaining, diagnosing, repairing, and upgrading all hardware and software to ensure optimal workstation performance

Troubleshooting problems and resolving issues in accordance to Service Level Agreements and departmental practices

Providing assistance to onsite and remote end-users

Analyzing user requests, building new endpoint computer systems, and deploying printers for small to medium sized projects

Resolving incidents and tasks using ServiceNow and accurately maintaining computer equipment in the hardware asset management system

Required

Bachelors degree required. May accept 3+ years of relevant experience in lieu of degree

A clean drivers license is required for use of Lee Health System vehicles

Preferred

Minimum of 1 years experience in application IS integration/development preferred
