Save First Financial Wellness is dedicated to empowering individuals and families to achieve financial stability. They are seeking an Operations Coordinator to provide administrative support to the Executive Director and ensure smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities
Provide direct administrative and operational support to the Executive Director
Manage schedules, priorities, correspondence, and special projects
Anticipate needs, streamline workflows, and keep leadership focused on what matters most
Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and internal systems
Support vendors (IT, website, and other partners) and assist with reporting and presentations
Monitor systems, troubleshoot basic tech issues, and keep processes running efficiently
Create and schedule social media content and maintain website/blog updates
Support newsletters and email campaigns, that share our impact and engage the community
Assist with client inquiries, documentation, and follow-up as needed
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Salesforce experience preferred
Nonprofit, administrative, or operations experience a plus
