Responsibilities

Program, set up, and manage CNC machines (3/4/5 axis milling, drilling, and turning)
Oversee operations, monitor results, and make real-time adjustments
Perform daily checks, preventative maintenance, and accurate documentation
Collaborate with the team to solve production and logistics challenges

Qualification

MasterCam programmingCNC turning experienceReading engineering drawingsPrecision measuring toolsShop safety knowledgeCertificate in engineeringCNC technologiesSelf-starter mindsetAttention to detail

Required

10+ years of MasterCam programming on complex parts
Strong CNC turning experience; manual mill/lathe skills a plus
Ability to read engineering drawings and use precision measuring tools
Solid understanding of shop safety and standard equipment
Self-starter mindset with strong work ethic and attention to detail

Preferred

Certificate/diploma in engineering or machine programming
Experience with new CNC technologies, barcoding, or RFID systems
