4+ years expFute is seeking an experienced CNC Programmer to support advanced aerospace manufacturing operations. This role combines CNC programming, manufacturing engineering, and hands-on shop floor support to develop efficient, repeatable machining processes for complex precision components.

Responsibilities
Develop CNC programs for 3-, 4-, and 5-axis machines
Analyze engineering drawings, models, and specifications to define machining methods
Design tooling, workholding, setup methods, and cutting strategies
Validate and optimize programs prior to production release
Support shop floor troubleshooting, prove-outs, and continuous improvement
Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and engineering teams
Create setup sheets, tooling lists, and related documentation
Follow all safety procedures and manufacturing standards
Qualification
Required
4+ years of CNC programming experience (3-, 4-, and 5-axis)
5+ years of CNC machine setup and operation
Proficiency in Siemens NX, Vericut, and CATIA
Strong GD&T and blueprint reading skills
Knowledge of cutting tools, feeds, and speeds
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office
Preferred
On-machine probing
Mastercam (Lathe / Mill-Turn)
Autodesk Inventor HSM
Waterjet programming
ERP system experience
