Penflex is a company dedicated to producing corrugated hose efficiently and safely. They are seeking a Corrugated Hose Technician to set up and operate hose-forming equipment, perform inspections, and contribute to process improvements.

Responsibilities

Set-up hose-forming equipment in the Corrugation Department

Perform set-ups on P2 equipment to meet production and quality requirements

Perform set-up inspections per PTS documentation

Diagnose and correct set-up problems

Initiate ideas to reduce set-up time through cooperation with Quality Engineer

Operate P2 Hydraulic Corrugation equipment in Corrugation Department

Operate all P2 equipment in the Corrugation Department and test hose to meet production and quality requirements

Perform repairs and preventive maintenance as required or directed to by supervision

Adhere to Penflex Corporation safety guidelines at all times

Perform in-process inspections as required per Penflex PTS documentation

Strive for continuous improvement of the processes in the Corrugation Department

Assist Quality Engineer in the development and implementation of process improvement ideas and projects

Able to lift 50 pounds

Adhere to Penflex Corporation safety guidelines at all times

Machine technicians report to the Corrugation Department Supervisor
