Community Liaison (Sales & Marketing)
A Place At Home – North Texas is a growing home care agency committed to providing compassionate support for seniors and families. They are seeking a motivated Community Liaison to develop relationships, generate referrals, and drive growth through outreach efforts.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain partnerships with hospitals, physicians, senior living communities, home health and hospice agencies, and other referral sources
Execute a consultative sales process — from cold calls and follow-ups to care consultations and client onboarding
Create and implement local marketing plans with leadership to meet and exceed monthly growth targets
Deliver engaging one-on-one and group presentations on A Place At Home’s services and mission
Track all sales activity and maintain accurate records of outreach, referrals, and conversions
Represent A Place At Home with professionalism, integrity, and compassion in every interaction
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or 3–5 years of relevant experience
Proven success in sales, marketing, or business development — healthcare or senior services preferred
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
Self-motivated, independent, and goal-oriented
Proficiency with Google Apps
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
Preferred
Have an existing network within the healthcare or senior living community
Understand home care services and the local healthcare landscape
