Lead & evolve the Quality Management System (QMS)
Drive ISO 13485 readiness and elevate compliance maturity
Lead internal/external audits + CAPA management
Partner with engineering, manufacturing & leadership
Build accountability, ownership & quality culture
Use data to drive decisions and root-cause solutions
Improve efficiency across high-mix, low-volume production
Qualification
Required
5+ years in Quality Management (ISO 9001 / regulated industries — medical device, aerospace, etc.)
Proven experience with audits, CAPA, supplier quality, and RCA tools (8D, 5-Why, Fishbone)
3+ years of leadership / influencing cross-functional teams
Strong communicator, collaborator & problem-solver
Hands-on, proactive, disciplined, accountable
Curious, improvement-driven, and growth-minded
Bachelor's in Engineering / Quality / Manufacturing (required)
Preferred
ISO Lead Auditor
CQE
