Responsibilities

Lead filming and production of NFI’s video content, operating cameras and associated equipment to capture high-quality footage

Own the editing process from start to finish, including sound mixing, light motion graphics, and color correction to deliver polished, on-brand videos

Adapt content for multiple platforms, including social channels like LinkedIn, Reels, TikTok, and YouTube, ensuring each piece feels native to its platform

Balance planned productions with fast-turn content, capturing timely moments and creatively repurposing footage to extend reach

Contribute to pre-production activities such as brainstorming, storyboarding, or interview prep alongside other team members

Contribute to planning and coordinating projects, helping schedule shoots, organize assets, and collaborate with internal teams and third-party vendors

Maintain and organize the video archive, ensuring assets are easy to find and reuse

Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, operations, and customers to align video content with business goals

Support performance measurement efforts by staying connected to content metrics and using insights to refine storytelling approaches

Explore emerging creative technologies, including AI tools, to find new ways to enhance production workflows and content impact
