Responsibilities

Ensures the study team’s activities are effectively organized, documented, and communicated, enabling smooth collaboration across technical groups and external stakeholders

Assists in developing and maintaining project schedules, tracks milestones, and supports risk identification

Serve as a central liaison by coordinating meetings, preparing agendas and documentation, and streamlining workflows to maximize team efficiency

Supports the NC3 Next Trade Space Study, and associated studies, by managing stakeholder communications, facilitating technical exchanges, maintaining action item logs, and preparing reports and executive summaries that inform study outcomes

Ensures alignment with organizational goals, recurring Technical Exchange Meetings (TEMs), and NC3 requirements

Required

Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, engineering, or related field

Active TS/SCI clearance

3+ years of experience in program scheduling, project controls, or program support

Professional experience using scheduling tools (MS Project, Primavera P6) and productivity software (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines with excellent communication skills and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
