Responsibilities

Facilitates the regulatory discovery process on behalf of Entergy’s Operating Companies
Hosts request for information review conference calls
Obtains attorney approval and performs quality checking of request for information responses
Gathers and organizes documents in response to interrogatories
Responsible for electronic and hard copy production of request for information responses
Proactively communicates with coworkers, stakeholders, and management
Engages internal customers and responds promptly and accurately to customer inquiries
Ensures accurate document classification and archiving in the document management system
Supports the production and distribution of witness books and jurisdictional filings

Required

Paralegal degree/certificate and/or bachelor's degree
Paralegal I : 0-5 years of work experience
Paralegal II : 5 years of work experience
Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, and Document Management Systems
Ability to deliver system and/or process training and provide assistance to internal customer base
Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively in a professional manner
Ability to work quickly and accurately under short deadlines
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multi-task and work productively as a member of a diverse team
Perform document searches in databases
Team player with a willingness to perform job responsibilities at all levels in order to meet regulatory deadlines
Ability to work over-time from time to time
