Responsibilities
Oversee and optimize daily clinic operations to ensure efficient and effective patient care
Efficiently manage and lead the scheduling operations for the clinic, ensuring optimal utilization of resources and staff to meet patient needs
Collaborate with healthcare providers and support staff to maintain a high standard of patient service
Enforce clinic policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards
Act as the point of contact for any patient feedback, working with the Medical Leadership team to address concerns
Place and manage orders for medical supplies, equipment, and other necessary materials in a timely and cost-effective manner
Coordinate with the finance department to track expenses related to supplies and ensure adherence to the budget
Manage staffing, scheduling, inventory, and operational workflows across two clinic locations (Quincy & Weymouth)
Monitor performance metrics at each site, identify gaps or inefficiencies, and implement solutions to ensure both clinics operate smoothly and consistently
Recruit, train, supervise, and engage clinic staff, fostering a positive and collaborative and supportive work environment
Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback to enhance staff development
Foster teamwork and effective communication among all clinic team members
Collaborate with the Regional Leadership team (Director of Operations & Medical Director) to contribute to the development and execution of strategic initiatives
Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities
Implement strategies to enhance the clinic's market presence and community engagement
Monitor and maintain compliance with quality standards, regulatory requirements, and accreditation criteria
Implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
Partner with your District Director along with corporate resources to ensure effective communication and goal alignment
Qualification
Required
3 years of demonstrated success in leading, mentoring, and growing teams
Demonstrated skills in medical practice management, human resources, and data analysis
Ability to work independently, possess a level of initiative and enthusiasm to help drive results
Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with team members and stakeholders across the organization
Familiarity with medical billing systems, basic medical coding, and basic medical terminology
Experience with Microsoft Office, specifically SharePoint, Word, and Excel
Availability to work in clinic Monday through Friday with a rotating on-call for weekends and flexibility to support the opening and closing of clinic regularly
Preferred
Dual-site leadership experience preferred!
Degree in health management, health administration, nursing, business administration, or related field
Experience with When to Work, Clockwise, ADP, and Envi
