Responsibilities
Lead complex, multi-team software–hardware programs end-to-end, from architecture alignment through launch
Lead the enhancement of program/project management capabilities and processes across the venture studio
Translate product and business goals into clear, executable technical plans, including milestones, dependencies, and ownership across disciplines
Understand system architectures spanning software, firmware, and hardware well enough to question approaches, surface risk early, and drive informed tradeoff discussions
Actively participate in technical discussions with senior engineers as a thought partner, not a note-taker
Drive decisions when teams are stuck, resolve ambiguity, and escalate when needed to keep programs moving
Qualification
Required
10+ years leading technical programs spanning both software and hardware systems
Direct experience working with software, firmware, electrical, and mechanical engineering teams
Strong track record of driving execution across cross-functional teams while maintaining technical credibility
BS in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience
Preferred
PMP, Scrum, or other project management certifications are a plus
Experience working in Jira, MS Project, or similar tools
Experience developing products with Agile, hybrid, or stage-gate models applied pragmatically based on program needs
