Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL)
Perform full-cycle bookkeeping, ensuring accurate and up-to-date financial records
Prepare and maintain financial reports, statements, and supporting schedules
Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and balance sheet accounts
Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
Ensure accounting practices comply with company policies and standard accounting principles
Support audits and provide requested financial documentation
Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 3 years' experience in an accounting/bookkeeping role
Strong accounting background
Hands-on bookkeeping experience
Proficiency with QuickBooks
Detail-oriented
Reliable
Comfortable managing multiple accounting processes
3+ years of experience in accounting operations
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Strong working knowledge of all core accounting functions (AP, AR, GL, bookkeeping)
Experience preparing and maintaining financial reports
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Excellent documentation skills
Strong communication (written and oral)
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Preferred
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
The ability to speak Mandarin
