Learn and master the core functions of our sales and marketing operations
Coach, mentor, and lead a small team of sales representatives as you grow into leadership
Execute field-based sales efforts that align with company goals and customer needs
Build and maintain strong customer relationships, providing personalized solutions
Manage sales activity within a defined territory, ensuring consistency and quality
Track performance metrics and provide feedback to help your team succeed
Conduct engaging product demonstrations and participate in customer consultations
Attend weekly development workshops and training sessions to enhance your skills
Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver excellent customer experiences
Foster a positive, team-oriented environment built on collaboration and growth
Qualification
Required
Must be at least 18 years or older
Must be willing to work full time hours
Must reside in or be willing to relocate to the Houston area
Must have reliable transportation – this is an on-site role
