Responsibilities
Represent clients in all phases of litigation, from inception through trial with the supervising partner
Conduct and defend depositions, attend hearings, mediations, and argue motions
Interview witnesses, expert depositions, and negotiate with opposing counsel
Conduct legal research, draft motions, memoranda, settlement agreements, and trial documents
Assist with employer investigations and alternative dispute resolution processes
Qualification
Required
2-3 years of relevant litigation experience
Strong academic credentials
Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills
Exceptional attention to detail and a strong work ethic
Licensed to practice law in the state of Florida
