Contact Center Tester
ClearBridge Technology Group is a leading consulting firm seeking Contact Center Testers for a client project. The role involves maintaining functional and technical design documentation for Amazon Connect and Verint platforms, creating test plans, and participating in deployment testing.

Responsibilities
Completion and ongoing maintenance of functional design documentation and technical design documentation for the customers Amazon Connect and Verint contact center platforms and other connected and integrated applications
Create and maintain test plans and testing results for all changes being deployed to the contact center environment
Occasionally participate in pre and post deployment testing which take place overnight PST hours
Qualification
Required
3 – 5 years of overall experience
Experience executing test cases, test scripts and test scenarios for enterprise applications
Experience testing Amazon Connect and Verint contact center solutions
Experience executing tests that validate end-to-end customer journeys in Amazon Connect to include, Contact flows / IVR logic, prompts, menus, Queues, routing profiles, call transfers, conference behavior, etc
Experience executing tests for the agent experience in Amazon Connect to include, agent desktop behavior, CTI behaviors, etc
Experience writing comprehensive technical documentation of contact center systems, specifically Amazon Connect and Verint
