Receives, processes, and transfers as appropriate all incoming and outgoing calls for the Security Department
Answers and makes all calls utilizing approved messaging and scripting according to department procedures
Completes daily events log, incident reports, and vehicle registration file
Maintains accurate morgue records, parking registration cards, patient valuable log, lost and found log, and monitors key tracking
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED
2-5 years of experience
No supervisor experience required
Military Experience Encouraged
