Responsibilities
Lead and manage the pricing strategy and execution for the organization
Develop and implement pricing models and strategies to optimize profitability
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive pricing initiatives and achieve business objectives
Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify pricing opportunities
Monitor and evaluate pricing performance and make recommendations for improvement
Use pricing software (PROS) to drive and maintain pricing discipline
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 6 years of experience in pricing or related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent leadership and team management abilities
Proven track record of driving pricing strategies and achieving results
Ability to effectively communicate and influence stakeholders at all levels
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
Master's degree or advanced certification is a plus
Strategic thinking and business acumen
Strong negotiation and decision-making skills
