SEACORP is seeking a well-qualified Software Engineer II to work in a fast-paced Agile environment on unmanned systems. The role involves researching, designing, and developing computer and network software or specialized utility programs, along with developing new features and fixing software bugs.

Responsibilities

Developing new features and fixing software bugs on the ground control station for unmanned systems and other background services

Attending daily meetings to provide status on assigned issues and features and collaborating with teammates as well as other contractors is necessary

Consult with customers or other departments on project status, proposals, or technical issues, such as software system design or maintenance

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Computer, Electrical or Electronics Engineering or Mathematics with a field of concentration in Computer Science

Minimum of 2-3 years of related experience

Preferred

Experience with Angular, Typescript, C++, Python, Bash, Java, OpenDDS

Familiarity with Linux/Unix, JIRA, Bitbucket, Continuous integration and Deployment (CI/CD), Gitlab & Gitlab CI/CD, Confluence, and UML

An active secret clearance
