Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment life cycle: source, engage, screen, and close IT talent
Build and maintain proactive pipelines through outreach, networking, and referrals
Partner with sales and account managers to prioritize and fill client roles quickly and accurately
Negotiate offers, manage the placement process, and ensure a smooth candidate experience
Represent Syfter’s values of trust, quality, and accountability in all interactions
Apply Syfter Certified standards on every submittal, complete the five-step checklist, and maintain required documentation in the ATS
Qualification
Required
3 to 5 years of IT recruiting experience in a staffing agency environment
Strong understanding of IT roles and the competitive talent market
Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable with autonomy and performance-based rewards
Excellent communication, relationship building, and closing skills
Preferred
Experience at a large firm preferred, interest in a smaller, high-ownership setting
