Confidential Global is a growing and well-established organization seeking a detail-oriented and driven Accounts Payable Manager to oversee and improve its accounts payable operations. The role involves managing the end-to-end AP function, ensuring timely processing, maintaining strong internal controls, and collaborating with the finance team.

Staffing & Recruiting

Responsibilities

Manage daily accounts payable operations, including invoice processing, vendor payments, and reconciliations
Lead, coach, and develop a small AP team; provide hands-on guidance and performance feedback
Ensure compliance with internal policies, accounting standards, and audit requirements
Review and approve invoices, payment runs, and vendor setups
Resolve vendor inquiries and discrepancies in a professional and timely manner
Partner with Purchasing, Operations, and Finance to improve communication and workflows
Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and efficiency gains
Assist with month-end close activities related to AP, including accruals and reporting
Support internal and external audits as needed

Required

3–4 years of accounts payable experience, with at least some exposure to supervising or leading others (formal or informal)
Solid understanding of AP best practices, internal controls, and accounting fundamentals
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
High attention to detail with strong problem-solving abilities
Comfortable working with ERP or accounting systems (experience with modern AP tools a plus)
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other standard business tools
Professional communication skills and a collaborative mindset

Preferred

Experience working in a mid-sized or growing organization preferred
