Qualification
Required
Licensed Independent Clinical social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Massachusetts is required for this role
Master's degree in Social Work required
Five years minimum experience in a clinical capacity
Three years minimum experience in a supervisory or management capacity
Valid driver's license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle
Ability to effectively lead and develop staff
Strong written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Knowledge of Electronic Health Records (EHR)
Must be able to commute to one of our 5 office locations
