Personal Lines Account Manager
Turbeville Insurance Agency is seeking a full-time Personal Lines Account Manager at their Columbia, SC location. The Account Manager will provide prompt and courteous service to clients while managing personal lines insurance accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities
Manage an assigned book of personal lines insurance accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention
Provide prompt, accurate, and courteous service to clients, producers, and company representatives
Process policy renewals, endorsements, cancellations, reinstatements, and other policy changes accurately and within agency standards
Review renewals for adequate coverage, identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities, and discuss options with clients
Respond to client inquiries regarding coverage, policy changes, claims, billing, and proof of coverage
Prepare quotes, proposals, and insurance summaries using our agency management system ( Partner XE) and carrier rating platforms
Verify the accuracy of policy documents, binders, and endorsements before delivery to clients
Maintain complete and accurate electronic client files and documentation in accordance with agency procedures
Communicate with insurance carriers regarding coverage terms, claims, and resolve service or billing issues
Assist clients with claims reporting and follow up to ensure timely resolution
Stay informed on carrier underwriting guidelines, product changes, and market trends
Support agency marketing and retention efforts by maintaining strong relationships with clients and carriers
Adhere to all agency, state, and federal regulations and compliance standards
Participate in training and continuing education to maintain required licenses and professional development
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or Equivalent Required

SC P&C Insurance License preferred
SC Broker License Preferred
Two Years' experience in Personal Lines via an insurance agency environment preferred
