Lagoon is a performance sleep brand focused on recovery through better sleep. They are seeking a Warehouse Operations Manager & Fulfillment Specialist to manage e-commerce operations, oversee order fulfillment, and ensure efficient inventory management.

Responsibilities

Manage and oversee the e-commerce operations, including order fulfillment and inventory management

Coordinate with various teams to ensure timely and accurate order processing

Utilize warehouse management systems to track and monitor inventory levels

Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently

Load and unload shipments as needed

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the order fulfillment process

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve overall e-commerce operations

Required

Candidate will be required to be on-site at warehouse facility in Eden Prairie five days a week, rain or shine

Preferred

Experience in picking, packing, and shipping in a distribution center or warehouse environment a plus

Proficiency in using warehouse management systems to track inventory and manage orders a plus
