Responsibilities

Own and maintain relationships across a portfolio of 175+ strategic food and beverage sellers, driving account expansion, retention, and satisfaction
Understand Food and Beverage customer needs to help achieve their business goals through Square
Cross sell and upsell products based on discovering customer needs
Effectively and strategically address customer concerns and issues
Help grow our managed accounts program through contracts and renewals
Conduct business reviews as needed to assess all aspects of the partnership
Work with our Sales, Support and Product teams to ensure customers have the best possible experience across all aspects of Square

Qualification

Account ManagementSales ExperienceFoodBeverage KnowledgePipeline ManagementCustomer Relationship BuildingAnalytical SkillsCommunication SkillsOrganizational SkillsProblem-Solving

Required

2+ years experience in Sales, Account Management or a related field
Experience discovering and closing sales opportunities and building client relationships
Experience successfully managing a pipeline to achieve revenue targets
Excellent organizational, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
Passion and knowledge about how new technologies can help better serve small and medium size businesses
Candidates must live within 50 miles of the following locations: Portland, Oregon
