Responsibilities

Manage professional Outlook calendars, coordinate schedules, plan appointments and activities for the CEO, CFO, and COO
Use tact, discretion, and good judgment in handling sensitive and confidential information
Position includes using independent decision making and authority within established policies and procedural guidelines. This may include interpreting policies, analyzing and resolving procedural problems, making recommendations, coordinating projects and setting priorities
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, meet deadlines and maintain high quality attention to detail
Demonstrate high levels of professionalism when communicating in person, by email or by phone
Book travel, provide directions, provide documents as needed, and file all expenses for reimbursement
Compose and type correspondence and emails
Assist with meeting preparation and follow up, including maintaining agendas, creating pre-meeting packets, taking notes if needed, distributing and checking on follow-up items
Organize documents
Maintain comprehensive and accurate records
Assist with Strategic Team customer events as well as strategic partner events
Project manage our involvement with industry events (IMEX, FICP, SITE, MPI)
Plan and reserve quarterly leadership internal meetings
Expense report support
Produce weekly/monthly/quarterly financial and budgetary reporting

Qualification

Required

Six or more years total work experience with a minimum of 3 years of hospitality experience
Extremely organized with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
Computer, phone, copiers, smart phones, tablets and other standard office equipment
