New Grad, Entry LevelWSI (Warehouse Specialists, LLC) is hiring for a Client Services Representative/Window Clerk. In this role, you will be responsible for providing customer service through various channels and assisting warehouse staff, customers, and truck drivers.

Responsibilities
Answer phones, voicemails and emails in a professional prompt manner
Have working knowledge of the company and customer computer systems
Accurately and timely enter data as required
Able to prioritize and balance multiple tasks at the same time
Willing to double check orders on warehouse docks
Other duties may be assigned as business needs
Checking drivers in and out and knowing the associated paperwork for them. Maintaining the dock door board, manage and accurately utilize the Opendock application. As well as enter correct data in Autosig
Working closely with the lead and warehouse employees. The ability and comfort to communicate via radio communication
Scheduling outbound trucks as needed
Qualification
Required
Excellent respectful communication skills with customers and employees
Working knowledge of MS Word and Excel
Self-motivated and works well with limited direction
Preferred
Strong attention to detail
Working understanding of Microsoft office, WMS, SAP, and Excel
Previous forklift experience is a plus
