Vashi Integrated Solutions is seeking an experienced MEP Procurement Executive to manage the end-to-end procurement of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing materials. The ideal candidate will possess strong vendor management skills and the ability to handle multiple project requirements simultaneously.

Electrical Distribution

Responsibilities

Handle sourcing and procurement of MEP materials (mechanical, electrical, plumbing)

Float RFQs, compare quotations, and prepare techno-commercial comparisons

Ensure timely material availability as per project schedules

Identify and onboard new vendors for MEP products

Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, distributors, and local suppliers

Negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery timelines, and credit terms

Evaluate vendor performance based on quality, delivery, and compliance

Prepare Purchase Orders (PO) with accuracy and ensure alignment with site requirements

Coordinate with site teams for material specifications and approvals

Track PO status, follow up for delivery, and resolve discrepancies

Ensure purchase within approved budgets while maintaining required quality standards

Identify cost-saving opportunities through alternate sourcing and negotiations

Support the team in preparing cost sheets and budget tracking

Maintain vendor records, rate contracts, and item master data

Ensure Compliance With Company Procurement Policies And Audit Requirements

Coordinate with finance for invoice clearance, GRN issues, and payment follow-ups
