Responsibilities

Front desk duties

Answer and place a high volume of calls from prospective and exiting clients

Engage with potential clients via phone, text, email, and web chat

Collect and document detailed case-related information accurately

Enter information into our system with high attention to detail

Provide empathetic and professional support to every caller

Collaborate with attorneys and legal team to hand off eligible cases

Follow scripts and protocols to ensure a consistent client experience
