Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade search solutions using Coveo Cloud
Configure and manage Coveo Index Pipelines, Sources, Security Identities, and Content Security
Develop and customize Coveo Query Pipelines to enhance search relevance, facets, and filtering
Implement and fine-tune Coveo Machine Learning models for recommendations, query suggestions, and analytics
Integrate Coveo with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or other CMS/DXP platforms
Collaborate with architects, developers, and content teams to deliver high-performance, scalable search experiences
Troubleshoot, debug, and perform performance tuning for search-related issues
Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions
Qualification
Required
Hands-on experience with the Coveo Cloud Platform, including Indexing, Query Pipelines, and Machine Learning models
Proven experience with Coveo integrations such as Coveo for AEM, Coveo for Sitecore, or Coveo for Salesforce
Strong understanding of enterprise search architecture, indexing strategies, and relevancy tuning
Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern front-end frameworks such as React or Angular
Experience working with REST APIs, JSON, and GraphQL integrations
Familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or other CMS/DXP platforms
Hands-on experience with Coveo Usage Analytics, dashboards, and query pipeline optimization
Preferred
Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and CI/CD pipelines is a plus
