Latitude Inc is seeking experienced Civil & Utility Construction Project Managers for a full time, salaried opportunity. This role will oversee multiple field projects and requires strong experience managing civil and utility construction projects, coordinating crews and subcontractors to ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.

Qualification

Required

MUST have 7 years of heavy civil construction project management experience, at least 5 years experience in the US
Familiar with water and sewer, paving, bridge construction, stream restoration, retaining walls, sound walls and all other highway construction
Project and/or customer experience with federal, state, local governments
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Blueprint reading proficiency
Strong analytical, prioritization and organizational skills; detail-oriented

Preferred

BS. in Civil Engineering or Construction Management (not required but highly preferred)
VDOT experience is preferred
Local candidates preferred, no relocation reimbursement offered
