Responsibilities
Automation Tester will design, develop, and maintain robust test automation frameworks using C# and Python
Build and execute automated test scripts for UI and system-level testing
Leverage MSTest and/or NUnit frameworks to ensure scalable, repeatable testing
Utilize the Microsoft UI Automation / Accessibility Framework to validate UI behavior and compliance
Partner closely with developers, QA leads, and product stakeholders to understand requirements and testing needs
Identify defects early in the SDLC and clearly document test results, risks, and recommendations
As an Automation Tester, you will contribute to continuous improvement of automation standards, tools, and best practices
Support regression testing and ensure quality across releases
Qualification
Required
Strong experience as a Test Automation Engineer in enterprise environments
Proven experience using MSTest and/or NUnit testing frameworks
Experience testing complex, business-critical applications
Hands-on expertise with C# and Python for test automation development
Solid working knowledge of the Microsoft UI Automation/UI Accessibility Framework
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently as an individual contributor while collaborating across teams
Preferred
Experience supporting utilities, energy, or other regulated industries
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and automated testing integration
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery models
