Responsibilities
Lead and participate in industrial design projects from concept development through final presentation
Communicate directly with local customers to showcase design concepts and collect feedback
Collaborate closely with engineering and ID teams in China to refine and execute design solutions
Ensure design quality, feasibility, and consistency through clear communication and teamwork
Prepare design documentation, product renderings, and presentation materials as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or above in Industrial Design or a related field
3–5 years of experience in industrial or product design
Strong design portfolio demonstrating creativity, functionality, and attention to detail
Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills
Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese (spoken and written) is required
Proficiency in design software such as SolidWorks, Rhino, KeyShot, or Adobe Creative Suite
