Responsibilities
Lead the design and development of diverse maritime projects, utilizing expertise in pile design, bulkhead walls, prestressed concrete, and seismic design
Drive successful outcomes for a wide range of waterfront infrastructure, including port developments, shipyards, ferry and cruise terminals, marinas, and floating structures
Identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure total regulatory compliance and permitting alignment throughout the project lifecycle
Overcome complex technical challenges by balancing traditional engineering fundamentals with modern, innovative techniques
Own project tasks by coordinating timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure profitable and high-quality outcomes
Conduct site visits and technical inspections to verify compliance with industry standards and project specifications
Actively mentor junior team members to foster their professional growth and technical development
Foster long-term client partnerships through active listening and the delivery of customized engineering solutions
Serve as a primary point of contact, offering expert technical guidance and proactive support through every project phase
Qualification
Required
Ambitious and initiative-driven mindset
Expertise in structural design and development of maritime projects
Experience in pile design, bulkhead walls, prestressed concrete, and seismic design
Ability to drive successful outcomes for waterfront infrastructure projects
Experience in identifying project risks and developing mitigation strategies
