Responsibilities

Financial Analysis and Reporting: Analyze, interpret, and report on financial and operational data to guide strategic decisions

Forecasting and AOP

Cross-Department Coordination: Coordinate with various departments, vendors, and customers to develop robust program plans and resolve complex financial issues

Management and Leadership: Interface with top management, manage budget execution, and craft detailed narratives to justify budget estimates

Required

A Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field, with a focus on business, accounting, economics, or mathematics

At least 7 years of experience in technical program planning, contract interpretation, budget development

Detailed knowledge of Forecasting and AOP

Thorough knowledge of DAR/FAR and other applicable government regulations

Skills in Excel managing a daily Spend Plan, updating Estimates to Complete and working in a program office with multi-million-dollar funding actions

Preferred

Experience to include integrated program analysis (e.g., horizontal integration), expertise in program specific requirements, budget preparation for complex projects and narrative justification, preparation and presentation and work with various types of Government funding with emphasis on Army
