Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end planning for multiple complex events, defining audience, agenda, format, and location based on specific business needs
Plan and monitor project progress, using appropriate tools and technology, and partner with Communications and Creative teams to ensure integrated messaging across all mediums (print, digital, social, web, etc.)
Build and maintain strong consultative relationships with internal and external partners to ensure business requirements are met
Monitor marketplace trends, client needs, and competitive offerings through research and industry insights
Develop deep expertise in the firm's existing financial products and services and effectively communicate their benefits to internal and external audiences
Establish strong working relationships with sales leadership, senior leaders, technical/business leads, and key stakeholders
Provide tactical recommendations to internal decision-makers
Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in project management, preferably within financial services
Working knowledge of investments, mutual funds, and financial product marketing
Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
Client-focused mindset with the ability to translate features into clear benefits
Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Professional demeanor with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience
