Responsibilities
Design, implement, and optimize end-to-end operational workflows for marketing and creative services intake, prioritization, and execution
Streamline project lifecycle processes using PM tools (Workfront, Jira, etc.) to reduce cycle times and improve cross-functional collaboration
Establish and maintain clear governance, SOPs, and reporting routines for marketing operations
Manage resource allocation, capacity planning, and demand forecasting for shared marketing services
Develop and maintain dashboards to track project performance, budget utilization, vendor ROI, and operational efficiency
Analyze marketing spend data to identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize budget allocation
Create and monitor KPIs and SLAs for internal and external service delivery
Translate data insights into actionable recommendations for process improvements
Manage end-to-end vendor relationships for marketing and creative services, including agencies, freelancers, and technology providers
Lead contract negotiations, review SOWs, and ensure compliance with master service agreements
Oversee RFI/RFP processes for marketing services procurement
Conduct regular vendor performance reviews and manage scorecards
Ensure all vendor engagements meet financial, legal, and security requirements
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in operations, vendor management, procurement, or business analysis within a marketing or creative services environment
Proven expertise in process optimization and workflow design using project management tools (Workfront experience is highly preferred)
Strong data analysis skills with experience creating dashboards, tracking metrics, and using data to drive operational decisions
Demonstrated experience in vendor management, contract review, and negotiation
Excellent communication skills with ability to collaborate across legal, finance, and business teams
Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field
Preferred
Experience in financial services, asset management, or highly regulated industries
Familiarity with procurement systems (Coupa, Ariba, etc.) and contract management tools
PMP, Six Sigma, or similar certification
Background supporting marketing or creative teams with operational excellence
