Responsibilities
Lead process improvement and workflow optimization projects, utilizing data analysis to identify inefficiencies and recommend scalable solutions
Manage and analyze vendor contracts, statements of work (SOW), procurement documents, and service-level agreements (SLAs) to ensure compliance and value
Develop and maintain operational dashboards, reports, and KPIs to track project performance, vendor spend, and process adherence
Act as a liaison between Procurement, Legal, Finance, and Marketing/Operations teams to streamline vendor onboarding, invoicing, and compliance tracking
Establish and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve clarity, repeatability, and audit readiness across projects
Monitor project budgets, track actuals vs. forecasts, and analyze variances to support financial oversight and accountability
Support audit and compliance preparations by ensuring accurate documentation, record-keeping, and adherence to regulatory and internal controls
Manage project intake, prioritization, and resource tracking using enterprise project management tools (e.g., Workfront, Smartsheet, Jira)
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Finance, Analytics, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations project management, business analysis, vendor management, or procurement, preferably within a regulated corporate environment (financial services, healthcare, insurance, etc.)
Proven experience with data analysis, reporting, and dashboard creation (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
Strong familiarity with contract review, vendor management, and procurement processes
Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail, with a focus on process and compliance
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, work with cross-functional stakeholders, and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams
Proficiency with project management and workflow tools (e.g., Workfront, Smartsheet, Jira, MS Project)
Preferred
Experience in financial services or another highly regulated industry
Knowledge of compliance and audit standards
PMP or similar project management certification
