Structuring, coordinating and accelerating projects in a fast-growing and highly technical environment
Secure budgets and timelines
Actively drive the execution of site projects
Ensure that each initiative is aligned with Group strategy and business priorities
Bring clarity and structure to teams operating in a dynamic and evolving environment
Facilitate communication, align priorities and structure reporting and operational dashboards
Enable faster decision-making and smoother execution across France, the US and Asia
Oversee subcontracted services and EHS compliance
Secure safe working conditions, regulatory conformity and business continuity
Anticipate operational needs and support teams on the ground
Qualification
Required
Scientific or engineering background
More than 5 years of experience in project coordination, PMO, site operations or R&D / industrial environments in regulated sectors
Experience in small to mid-size technical organizations or fast-scaling environments
Ability to operate in international and multicultural contexts
Ability to interact with global stakeholders across Europe, the US and Asia
Ability to quickly understand complex technical environments
Ability to integrate into evolving organizations
