Plaza Premium Group is a global leader in travel hospitality, seeking a passionate Senior Sales Manager to enhance their presence in luxury travel. The role involves driving revenue growth, managing strategic enterprise accounts, and forging partnerships within the airline and airport lounge sectors.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement forward-thinking sales strategies to secure and grow partnerships
Cultivate long-term relationships with existing clients, exploring new channels and upsell opportunities to maximize value
Deliver accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting to meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
Collaborate with the marketing team to design impactful campaigns that boost brand visibility and commercial success
Represent Plaza Premium Group at industry events, client meetings, and site visits
Partner cross-functionally with operations, marketing, and finance teams to support scalable revenue initiatives
Qualification
Required
5–10 years of experience in enterprise sales, with a strong track record in B2B airline, airport, or restaurant partnerships and/or joint ventures
Proven closer with experience managing the full sales cycle and consistently exceeding targets
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills—comfortable engaging C-suite stakeholders
Strategic and analytical mindset with a passion for data-informed decision making
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or equivalent practical experience
A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented culture
Preferred
Prior success in a high-growth or startup environment is a plus
